摘 要:目的:分析小儿先天性心脏病合并肺炎患儿的有效护理模式及其对治疗效果的影响。方法:2018年9月-2020年2月收治小儿先天性心脏病合并肺炎患儿68例,根据护理模式分为两组,各34例。对照组采用常规护理;观察组采用综合性护理。比较两组治疗效果、症状改善时间和呼吸功能改善情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床症状改善时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后FVC、FEV1水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿先天性心脏病合并肺炎患儿治疗过程中辅以综合性护理干预,能促进治疗效果的提高,缩短症状缓解时间,并有效改善患儿呼吸功能。Objective:To analyze the effective nursing model of children with congenital heart disease complicated with pneumonia and its influence on the therapeutic effect.Methods:From September 2018 to February 2020,68 children with congenital heart disease complicated with pneumonia were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to the nursing model with 34 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing.The observation group used comprehensive nursing.The therapeutic effect,symptom improvement time and respiratory function improvement were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of FVC and FEV1 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of children with congenital heart disease complicated with pneumonia can improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the time of symptom relief,and effectively improve the respiratory function of children.
