儿童医院门诊口服抗组胺药应用情况分析

摘　　要：目的:了解儿童医院门诊口服抗组胺药的应用情况和趋势,为患儿合理使用抗组胺药提供参考。方法:收集2019年1月~2019年12月本院门诊口服抗组胺药物的处方数据,包括药品的名称、患儿年龄、科室、诊断、剂量、规格、用法用量、抗组胺药的联合应用等相关信息,并进行系统分析。结果:抗组胺药的应用呈现出一定的季节性变化特点,第二季度与第四季度抗组胺药用量明显增加;1~6岁患儿的抗组胺药应用比例最高,约占2/3;0~1岁患儿使用频率最高的为盐酸西替利嗪滴剂,1岁以上使用频率最高的为地氯雷他定干混悬剂;联合用药多采用西替利嗪与地氯雷他定联用。结论:第二代和第三代抗组胺药在治疗儿童常见过敏性疾病方面有其独特的优势,医生要根据患儿病情选择合适的药物。医院应依据季节变化合理储备抗组胺药,并做好疾病的科普宣传工作。Objective:To investigate the application and tendency of outpatient oral antihistamine drugs in Children’s hospital,and provide reference for rational use of antihistamines.Methods:The use of outpatient oral antihistamine drugs from January 2019 to December 2019 were collected and analyzed,including the name of the medication,age,departments,clinical diagnosis,dosage,specification,usage,the drug combination of antihistamines and other relevant information.Results:The application of antihistamines showed certain seasonal variation characteristics.The application of antihistamines in the second quarter and the fourth quarter of the year were increased significantly.The highest proportion of antihistamines application was in 1 year to 6 years old children,almost accounting for two-thirds;The cetirizine hydrochloride drops was the most commonly used antihistamines for children under 1 year old,while the desloratadine dry suspension was the most often used antihistamines in children over 1 year old.The combination of cetirizine and desloratadine were used frequently.Conclusion:The second and third generation antihistamines have unique advantages in the treatment of Children’s common allergic disease,and appropriate drugs should be selected rationally according to the state of illness.Hospital should reserve antihistamines reasonably according to seasonal variation and conduct popular science propaganda about diseases.
