川芎嗪注射液联合硫酸镁治疗重度子痫对患者基质金属蛋白酶水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:对重度子痫患者应用川芎嗪注射液联合硫酸镁治疗,分析该治疗方案对患者人基质金属蛋白酶2(matrix metalloproteinase 2,MMP-2)和组织金属蛋白酶抑制因子2(tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 2,TIMP2)水平的影响。方法:按照随机数表法将2017年6月~2019年3月本院收治的120例重度子痫患者分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。两组患者入院后均接受常规治疗,在此基础上对照组患者应用硫酸镁治疗,观察组应用川芎嗪注射液+硫酸镁治疗,观察并分析两组患者治疗前后的血压水平、血清MMP-2、TIMP2水平的变化及并发症发生情况。结果:两组患者治疗后舒张压(diastolic blood pressure,DBP)和收缩压(systolic blood pressure,SBP)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后血清MMP-2、TIMP2水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(16.67%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将川芎嗪注射液联合硫酸镁应用于治疗重度子痫患者,可降低血压及血清MMP-2、TIMP2水平,减少并发症的发生,改善其预后。Objective:To apply ligustrazine injection combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of patients with severe eclampsia,to analyze the effect of this treatment plan on the levels of human matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP-2)and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 2(TIMP2).Methods:120 patients with severe eclampsia treated in the hospital from June 2017 to March 2019 were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Two groups received routine treatment after admission.On this basis,control group was given magnesium sulfate,while observation group was treated with ligustrazine injection and magnesium sulfate.The blood pressure level,serum MMP-2,TIMP2 level and complications of the two groups were observed and analyzed before and after treatment.Results:The diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and systolic blood pressure(SBP)levels of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of MMP-2 and TIMP2 in two groups were lower than those before treatment,with more reduction found in the observation group than control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in observation group(3.33%)was significantly lower than that in control group(16.67%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ligustrazine injection combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of patients with severe eclampsia can decrease the blood pressure level,serum MMP-2 and TIMP2 significantly,reduce the incidence of complications,and is beneficial to the prognosis.
