摘　　要：目的探讨不同类型早泄(PE)患者自评阴道内射精潜伏期(IELT)与国际勃起功能指数-15评分(IIEF-15)的相关性。方法选取2017年12月至2019年7月安徽医科大学附属阜阳医院泌尿外科诊治的157例PE患者(PE组)和106名来自体检中心、自述无PE的健康男性(对照组)进行相关检查和问卷调查。调查内容包括基本人口统计学信息、IELT评分和IIEF-15评分等。结果PE组患者的IELT评分低于对照组健康男性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PE组患者的IIEF-15评分低于对照组健康男性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在PE的不同分组中,获得性早泄(APE)的IIEF-15评分以及各维度分项评分最低。PE患者的IELT评分与IIEF-15评分没有相关性,但是与其勃起功能评分及性交满意度评分具有相关性,相关系数分别为0.286及-0.309。结论PE患者的IIEF-15评分显著低于无PE组健康男性,PE患者的IELT评分与IIEF-15评分无相关性,原发性早泄(LPE)及APE组的IELT评分与IIEF-15评分、勃起功能评分及总体满意度评分具有相关性。Objective To analyze the relationships between intravaginal ejaculatory latency time(IELT)and international index of erectile function-15(IIEF-15)in the different types of premature ejaculation.Methods From December 2017 to July 2019,a cross-section survey was carried out in 157 patients complaining of premature ejaculation(PE group)from the andrology outpatient and a cohort of 106 healthy men from health examination center(control group),respectively.Each of them was asked to finish a detailed questionnaire including basic demographic information(e.g.age,height,weight,education status,occupation,income,etc.),self-reported IELT,PEDT,and IIEF-15.Results Compared to the healthy men without PE complaint,subjects with PE had lower IIEF-15 scores,with statistically significant diference(P<0.05).Subjects with APE had the lowest IIEF-15 overall scores as well as each dimension,with statistically significant diference(P<0.05).There was no correlation between self-reported IELT and total IIEF-15 scores in PE patients,however,it was correlated with erectile function and sexual satisfaction scores,with correlation coefficients of 0.286 and-0.309,respectively.Conclusions Patients with PE have lower IIEF-15 scores than men without PE.There is no correlation between self-reported IELT and IIEF-15 in PE patients,and self-reported IELT in the LPE and APE groups is correlated with IIEF-15 overall scores,erectile function and overall satisfaction scores.
