摘  要:目的探讨多糖蛋白联合苄星青霉素对早期隐性梅毒患者的效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年4月湖北省孝感市中心医院诊治的96例早期隐性梅毒的患者作为研究对象。分为联合组(n=48,苄星青霉素治疗+多糖蛋白),对照组(n=48,苄星青霉素治疗)。比较治疗前后两组患者临床疗效,血液中T淋巴细胞CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+和免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM水平,血清中丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平和不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,联合组患者与对照组患者临床疗效等级分布和总有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且联合组患者总有效率更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组患者和对照组患者CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平升高,且联合组患者更高,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),联合组患者和对照组患者CD8^+水平降低,且联合组患者更低,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);联合组患者和对照组患者IgA、IgG、IgM水平降低,且联合组患者更低,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);联合组患者和对照组患者MDA水平降低,且联合组患者更低,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),联合组患者和对照组患者SOD水平显著升高(P<0.05),且联合组患者更高(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用多糖蛋白联合苄星青霉素能够显著改善早期隐性梅毒患者临床疗效,纠正患者T淋巴细胞亚群失衡,改善免疫失调,减轻氧化应激且安全性良好。Objective To investigate the effect of polyglycoprotein and benzathine penicillin for patients with early recessive syphilis.Methods A total of 96 patients with early recessive syphilis admitted to Central Hospital of Xiaogan City from January 2016 to April 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were selected as the control group(48 cases,benzathine penicillin)and combined group(48 cases,benzathine penicillin+polyglycoprotein).The changes in the clinical efficacy,levels of CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+of T lymphocytes and immunoglobulin IgA,IgG,IgM in blood,the levels of MDA and SOD in serum and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in clinical efficacy grade distribution and total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05);the total effective rate in the combined group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^+,CD4^+,and CD4^+/CD8^+in the two groups increased after treatment and those in the combined group were higher,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).The levels of CD8^+in the two groups decreased after treatment and that in the combined group was lower,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).The levels of IgA,IgG,IgM in the two groups decreased after treatment and those in the combined group were lower,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of MDA in the two groups decreased after treatment and that in the combined group was lower,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of SOD in the two groups significantly increased after treatment and that in the combined group was higher,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The use of the polyglycoprotein and benzathine penicillin can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,correct the i
