高能量二氧化碳激光联合重组人干扰素α-2a治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高能量二氧化碳激光联合重组人干扰素α-2a对尖锐湿疣患者疗效分析及皮损组织凋亡抑制蛋白阳性表达和HPV载量水平影响。方法选取2017年9月至2019年1月北京丰台右安门医院诊治的120例尖锐湿疣患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。观察组患者给予高能量二氧化碳激光联合重组人干扰素α-2a治疗,对照组患者给予高能量二氧化碳激光单独治疗,评价两组患者临床疗效,比较皮损组织凋亡抑制蛋白阳性表达和HPV病毒载量水平。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后1个月、2个月、3个月复发率均低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者疣体组织HPV病毒载量水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者皮损部位病毒载量水平均降低,且观察组患者低于对照组患者,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗前两组Livin蛋白阳性表达率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者Livin蛋白阳性表达率低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论对尖锐湿疣患者采用高能量二氧化碳激光联合重组人干扰素α-2a治疗,能够显著降低HPV病毒载量水平和Livin蛋白阳性表达率,复发率低,临床疗效显著。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of high-energy carbon dioxide laser combined with recombinant human interferonα-2 a on patients with condyloma acuminatum(CA)and the influence on positive expression of apoptotic inhibitor protein and human papillomavirus(HPV)viral load in skin lesions.Methods 120 patients with CA diagnosed in Beijing Fengtai Youanmen Hospital from September 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with high-energy carbon dioxide laser combined with recombinant human interferonα-2 a,while the control group was treated with high-energy carbon dioxide laser alone.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated,and the positive expression of apoptotic inhibitor protein and HPV viral load in lesions were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 1-3 months after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HPV viral load of CA between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the HPV viral load in lesions in the two groups decreased,and that in the observation group was significantly lower,all with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of Livin protein between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the positive expression rate of Livin protein in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusions High-energy carbon dioxide laser combined with recombinant human interferonα-2 a can
