摘　　要：高校承担着人才培养、社会服务和科学研究等职能,高校保卫部门肩负着在突发公共卫生事件发生后保障广大师生员工的身体健康和生命安全的重要任务,保卫干部是高校应对突发公共卫生事件的执行者和实施者。分析突发公共卫生事件对高校保卫工作的挑战和影响,提出牢固树立高校保卫干部的政治信念的途径及方法,从而为师生员工筑牢身体健康和生命财产安全的第一屏障。Colleges and universities assume the functions of personnel training,social services and scientific research,while the security departments of colleges and universities shoulder the important task of ensuring the health and life safety of teachers,students and employees after the occurrence of public health emergencies.This paper analyzes the challenges and influences of public health emergencies on university security work,and puts forward the ways and methods of strengthening the political belief and quality of university security cadres,so as to provide the first barrier for teachers,students and employees to build up their health and life safety.
