摘　　要：揭示农民工城市融入影响因素的重要程度和异质性来源,对促进城镇化高质量发展具有指导意义。本研究采集、遴选相关数据库中2006~2018年期间农民工城市融入影响因素研究领域的53篇科技文献,运用Meta整合方法和Meta回归分析方法对已有实证结果进行合并,分析八种调节因素,研究各实证结果的异质性来源。研究发现,农民工的年龄、受教育程度、进城务工时间、参与培训和收入以及社会保障显著正向影响其城市融入,其中社会保障是影响农民工城市融入的最主要因素且其重要性日益增加;目前关于农民工城市融入影响因素研究结论的差异主要来源于原始文献在抽样时间、研究指标、因变量类型、因变量测量方式、研究对象、研究区域、研究方法、期刊类型以及期刊影响力等方面的差异。鉴于此,提出统筹城乡社会保障制度;完善农民工社会保障异地转接工作;加大相关政策宣传力度等促进农民工城市融入对策建议。Revealing the importance and heterogeneity of the factors influencing the integration of migrant workers into cities is instructive for the promotion of the high-quality development of urbanization.53 scientific papersare collected and selectedfrom year-related databases such as WOS,CNKI and so on,andthey all involve the researchonthe factors influencingthe integration of migrant workers into cities integration between 2006 and 2018.The methods of Meta Integrationand Meta Regression Analysis are used to combine the existing empirical results,analyze eight regulatory factors,and study the heterogeneity sources of each empirical result.Results show that such factors as the age of migrant workers,the level of their education,the period of their working in the city,the training they receive,their income and the social security they get have positive influence on their integration into the city,and ofall the influential factors social security is the main factor affecting the integration of migrant workers into cities and it is getting more and more important;and the existing difference between research conclusions onfactors influencingthe integration of migrant workers into cities mainly comes from the difference between the original documents insampling time,research index,the type of dependent variable,the measurement means of the dependent variable,research object,research area,research method,the type of a journal and the influence of the journal.Proposalsfor the promotion of the integration of migrant workers into citiesare made,such as planning the urban and rural social security system overall,improving the social security transfer of migrant workers,stepping up efforts to publicize relevant policies,and etc.
