摘　　要：本文以S7-1200系列PLC控制系统为核心设计了一种多尺寸瓦楞纸箱弯折装置。该装置主要由弯折卡尺机构、成型导轨机构、物料输送机构组成,允许用户将预弯折的各种瓦楞纸箱的尺寸规格存入系统之中,在作业时数控系统可根据所选的纸板尺寸规格调整弯折卡尺机构和成型导轨机构的位置与形状,之后控制物料输送机构带动纸板进入装置以完成弯折成型作业。In this paper,S7-1200 series PLC control system is used as the core design of a multi size corrugated box bending device.The device is mainly composed of bending caliper mechanism,forming guide mechanism and material conveying mechanism,which allows users to store the size specifications of pre-bent corrugated boxes into the system.During operation,the CNC system can adjust the position and shape of the bending caliper mechanism and forming guide mechanism according to the selected paperboard size,and then control the material conveying mechanism to drive the cardboard into the device to complete the bending forming operation.
