摘　　要：目的探讨医护人员对加速康复外科(ERAS)胃癌围手术期护理质量评价的体验,为构建ERAS胃癌手术护理质量评价体系提供依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对12名医护人员进行半结构式访谈,用Colaizzi分析法进行资料分析。结果通过深入访谈得到与护理结构质量相关的主题为传统观念和习惯的束缚、护理人员配置;与过程质量相关的主题为多学科综合治疗(MDT)团队合作、ERAS胃癌手术护理路径、疼痛管理和营养风险筛查,与结果质量相关的主题为焦虑、抑郁发生率。结论通过与12名医护人员的深入访谈,初步得到了与胃癌护理质量评价相关的7个主题,为今后胃癌护理质量评价体系的构建提供了依据。Objective To explore the experience and feelings of medical staff towards evaluation of the quality of nursing care in enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)for gastric cancer,and to provide basis for the construction of nursing quality evaluation system for gastric cancer surgery in ERAS.Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted among 4 doctors and 8 nurses using phenomenological methods in qualitative research.Data were analyzed by Colaizzi's 7-step process.Results Through in-depth interviews,topics related to the quality of nursing structure were the constraints of traditional concepts and habits,the allocation of nursing staff;The subjects related to the quality of nursing process were multi-disciplinary team treatment,nursing pathways for accelerated rehabilitation of gastric cancer surgery,pain management and nutritional risk screening;The subjects related to the quality of results were the incidence of anxiety and depression.Conclusion Through in-depth interviews with doctors and nurses,seven topics related to the evaluation of nursing quality of gastric cancer were preliminarily obtained,which provided a basis for the construction of the evaluation system of nursing quality of gastric cancer in the future.
