中医祛腐生肌膏治疗感染性创面的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨祛腐生肌膏治疗感染性创面患者的临床疗效。方法选取60例因外伤导致严重软组织损伤伴感染的患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组常规换药治疗,观察组采用祛腐生肌膏换药治疗。比较2组患者腐肉脱落时间、新生上皮生长时间、换药时疼痛评分。结果观察组腐肉脱落时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出现新生上皮生长的时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后2组疼痛评分均降低,观察组第4、6、8、10天疼痛评分均低于相应时间点的对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外伤后出现感染性创面的患者应用中医祛腐生肌膏治疗可缩短腐肉脱落时间,加快新生上皮生长,对降低换药时疼痛有显著作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Qufushengji ointment in the treatment of infected wounds.Methods Totally 60 patients with severe soft tissue injury and infected wounds caused by trauma were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The routine wound cleansing and dressing change was adopted in the control group,and the TCM Qufushengji ointment was used in the observation group.The time to removal of slough,time to renewal of the epithelium and pain score at dressing change were compared between two groups.Results The time to removal of slough in the observation group was shorter in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group had an earlier time to renewal of the epithelium compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 4,6,8,10 days after intervention,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM Qufushengji ointment in the treatment of infected wounds after trauma can shorten the time to removal of slough and renewal of the epithelium,so as to reduce the pain at dressing change.
