摘 要:目的探讨儿童术中发生医疗器械相关性压力性损伤(MDRPU)的影响因素。方法回顾性分析9例术中发生MDRPU患儿的临床资料,分析引起儿童术中MDRPU的相关因素。结果9例术中发生MDRPU的患儿中有5(55.56%)例是因血氧饱和度探头损伤引起的;损伤部位多为手指/足趾,共6(66.67%)例;9例术中发生MDRPU的患儿的手术时长均>6 h;≤3岁的婴幼儿易发生MDRPU,共6(66.67%)例。结论巡回护士充分重视发生MDRPU风险因素,做好压疮风险因素评估,采取相应的术前术中预防措施,降低术中MDRPU发生率,提高护理质量。Objective To explore the influencing factors of medical device-related pressure ulcer(MDRPU)in children undergoing operation.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 9 pediatric patients with MDRPU during surgery,and investigated potential factors of MDRPU.Results The incidence of MDRPU was 28.13%in 32 intraoperative pressure injuries,and the most common cause of MDRPU was oxygenation probe-induced injury in 5 cases(55.56%).The most common site was finger/toe in 6 cases(66.67%).The length of operation exceeded 6 hours in all 9 cases.The incidence rate was highest in infants 3 years old or less,accounting for 66.67%.Conclusion Circulating nurses should pay more attention to MDRPU,evaluate the risk factors and take corresponding preventive measures before and during operation.
