穴位按摩联合腔内心电图在PICC尖端定位中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位按摩联合腔内心电图在经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管(PICC)尖端定位中的应用效果。方法将97例置管患者按随机数字表法分为观察组48例和对照组49例。对照组采用常规B超引导下的PICC置入术。观察组采用穴位按摩联合腔内心电图辅助置管。比较2组患者的置管时间、疼痛积分、导管尖端异位率。结果观察组置管时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组疼痛积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组导管尖端异位率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩联合腔内心电图效果显著,能有效缩短置管时间,降低PICC导管尖端异位率。Objective To investigate the value of acupoint massage combined with intracavitary electrocardiogram in the tip location of peripherally inserted central catheter lines(PICC).Methods Totally 97 patients with PICC placement were randomly divided into observation group(n=48)and control group(n=49).The ultrasound-guided approach was used for the placement of PICC lines and tip location in the control group,and acupoint massage combined with intracavitary electrocardiogram approach was adopted for the placement of PICC lines in the observation group.The duration of catheter placement,pain during catheter placement and incidence of dislocated catheter tip were compared between two groups.Results The observation group was associated with a shorter duration of catheter placement compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pain score between two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of dislocated catheter tip in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with intracavitary electrocardiogram can effectively shorten the duration of catheter placement and reduce the incidence of dislocated catheter tip.
