摘　　要：目的探讨在心脏外科手术中应用系统管理方法管理手术缝针的效果。方法选取2014年1月—12月心脏手术329台为对照组,按照常规手术室护理管理方法进行缝针管理。选取2015年1月—12月心脏手术300台为观察组,采用系统管理方法进行缝针管理。记录2组手术缝针遗失情况。结果观察组缝针遗失率5.00%(15/300),低于对照组的14.29%(47/329),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用系统缝针管理方法能有效预防术中缝针丢失,提高手术安全性。Objective To evaluate the systematic management of surgical suture needles in cardiac surgery.Methods Totally 329 cases of cardiac surgery performed between January 2014 to December 2014 were selected as the control group.Another 300 cases of cardiac surgery performed between January 2015 to December 2015 were selected as the observation group.The routine management of surgical instruments was carried out in the control group,and a systematic management of surgical suture needles was adopted in the observation group.Results Compared with the control group,the loss rate of surgical suture needle during the operation was effectively reduced,with a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The systematic management is effective to reduce the loss of surgical suture needle during the operation period and improve the quality of perioperative safety management.
