摘　　要：目的探讨快速优质康复护理在膝关节镜围手术期患者中的应用效果。方法选取行膝关节镜手术的膝关节疾病患者132例,实施快速优质康复护理措施,观察临床疗效、术后48 h疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果132例患者疗效优93(70.45%)例,良29(21.97%)例,中9(6.82%)例,差1(0.76%)例。患者术后48 h疼痛VAS评分≤3分的患者116(87.88%)例,镇痛效果较好。结论膝关节镜手术患者围手术期应用快速优质康复护理效果良好。Objective To investigate the effect of high-quality nursing based on enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)for patients undergoing knee arthroscopy.Methods Totally 32 patients undergoing knee arthroscopy were included.A comprehensive high-quality nursing interventions based on ERAS were carried out.The clinical effect and Visual Analogue Scale for pain at 48 hours after surgery were evaluated.Results Of 132 patients,93(70.45%)patients achieved good outcomes,29(21.97%)patients achievedmoderate outcome,9(6.82%)patients achieved acceptable outcomes and 1(0.76%)case had disappointing outcomes.There were 116(87.88%)patients with VAS less than 3 points at 48 hours after surgery,indicating a good analgesic effect.Conclusion The high-quality nursing based on EARS shows a good effect of recovery for patients undergoing knee arthroscopy.
