摘　　要：目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间规范化培训护士工作压力和社会支持的水平,分析工作压力和社会支持的相关性。方法采用方便抽样的方法,抽取广东省某三甲医院325名接受规范化培训的护士为调查对象,收集一般资料并采用中国护士压力源量表、社会支持量表对其工作压力及社会支持情况进行评估。结果规范化培训护士压力源量表得分为(67.31±19.23)分,社会支持量表得分为(33.54±6.93)分,工作压力和社会支持成负相关(r=-0.232,P<0.01)。结论护理管理者应提升对规范化培训护士的社会支持力度,减轻其工作压力,促进其心理健康。Objective To understand the level of work stress and social support of nurses who received standardized training during the COVID-19 outbreak,and to analyze the correlation between work stress and social support.Methods Using a convenient sampling method,325 nurses who received standardized training were selected for the questionnaire survey.The general information of nurses was collected.The Job Stressors Inventory(JSI)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)were used to investigate nurses’work stress and social support.Results The total JSI score of nurses was(67.31±19.23),and the total SSRS score was(33.54±6.93).The level of work pressure was negatively correlated with social support of nurses who received standardized training during the outbreak of COVID-19(r=-0.232,P<0.01).Conclusion It is required to improve the mental health of nurses who received standardized training by reducing their work pressure and increase social support.
