摘　　要：本文探讨了综合性医院护理人员传染病突发公共卫生事件应急培训方案的设计和应用。以新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情为例,设计出多元化多维度医护合作共同培训的方案,达到人人有效掌握疫情防控救护知识,以随时适应岗位需求,积极应对传染病突发公共卫生事件,以期为制定疫情防控救护知识的规范化培训计划提供参考。In response to public health emergencies of infectious diseases,this paper attempts to explore emergency training program with related knowledge of infectious diseases for nurses in the general hospital.Taking COVID-19 as an example,a diversity and multi-dimensional medical cooperation training program was designed to ensure every nursing personnel to effectively master the knowledge of pandemic prevention and rescue,and also enabled them to adapt to the job requirements at any time,in order to respond sudden to public health emergencies of infectious diseases,and provided the reference for formulating a standardized training plan scheme for the knowledge of pandemic prevention and control.
