维持性血液透析患者双侧手握力现状分析

摘　　要：目的调查维持性血液透析患者手握力现状。方法采用便利抽样法,抽取并测量106名维持性血液透析患者(观察组)和63名家属(对照组)优势手的握力,观察2组握力数值的差异。结果患者优势手的握力25.20(19.15,32.80)kg,造瘘侧握力22.40(16.38,30.23)kg;对照组优势手握力28.0(22.2,33.7)kg,非优势手握力26.10(21.20,32.60)kg。患者与对照组的非优势侧手之间握力比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维持性血液透析患者握力数值略低于国内正常成年人,造瘘侧握力数值低于非造瘘侧,造瘘侧握力低于家属组同侧手。应引导患者正确认知并采用适当方法提升握力。Objective To investigate the status of handgrip in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods The handgrip strength of 106 maintenance hemodialysis patients(observation group)and 63 family control subjects(control group)was measured by the convenience sampling Method.The difference of handgrip strength between the two groups was observed.Results The grip strength of the dominant hand in the observation group was 25.20(19.15,32.80)kg,and the grip strength of the fistula side was 22.40(16.38,30.23)kg.The dominant handgrip strength of the control group was 28.0(22.2,33.7)kg,and non-dominant handgrip strength was 26.10(21.20,32.60)kg.There was a significant difference in grip strength between the patients and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The grip strength of maintenance hemodialysis patients was slightly lower than that of normal domestic adults,the grip strength of the fistula side was lower than that of the non-fistula side,and the grip strength of the fistula side was lower than that of the ipilateral hand of the family members group.Therefore,patients should be guided to correctly understand and adopt appropriate methods to improve the grip strength.
