护理质量敏感指标监测在预防新生儿静脉输液外渗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨护理质量敏感指标监测在预防新生儿静脉输液外渗发生中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—3月医院收治的新生儿271例为对照组,采用常规静脉输液护理模式。通过对敏感指标出现的频次、累积频次、频次占比确定3月份重点问题为输液外渗,纳入4月份重点改进项目中。经过头脑风暴分析原因,优化改进静脉输液模式。选取2019年4月—6月医院收治的新生儿283例为观察组,实施优化改进式静脉输液护理模式。比较2组静脉输液外渗发生率以及外渗程度。结果观察组静脉输液外渗发生率与输液外渗程度低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论持续监测护理质量敏感指标有助于降低新生儿输液外渗发生率,降低输液外渗对组织的损伤程度,提高新生儿护理质量。Objective To evaluate the monitoring of nursing-sensitive quality indicators in prevention of drug extravasation during intravenous transfusion for neonates.Methods A total of 271 newborns with admission date from January 2019 to March 2019 were included in the control group,and the conventional intravenous transfusion nursing mode was adopted.According to the nursing-sensitive quality indicators of frequency,cumulative frequency,proportion of frequency,infusion extravasation was identified as the key issue required to be addressed in April 2019.A modified intravenous transfusion model was generated by using brainstorming strategy.Another 283 newborns with admission date from April 2019 to June 2019 were selected to the observation group.The incidence and severity of infusion extravasation between the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of infusion extravasation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The extravasation was less severe in the observation than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Monitoring of nursing-sensitive quality indicators is helpful to reduce the incidence and severity of drug extravasation during intravenous transfusion for neonates.
