摘　　要：目的分析中青年2型糖尿病患者运动行为影响因素,为采取进一步干预措施提供依据。方法采用目的抽样法选取中青年2型糖尿病患者17例为研究对象。采用半结构式访谈法调查中青年2型糖尿病患者运动行为的影响因素,借助Colaizzi的7步分析法对访谈资料进行整理、编码、归纳、提炼主题。结果中青年2型糖尿病患者运动行为改变促进因素有重视运动的认知因素,糖尿病运动知识和技能的掌握,意志力,家庭及同伴支持系统。阻碍因素有对运动的不正确认知,运动知识缺乏,害怕运动并发症,社会角色压力增加。结论为了改善中青年2型糖尿病患者运动行为,应提高患者对运动的认知水平,并提供家庭及同伴支持,以帮助其改善运动行为。Objective To analyze the factors influencing the exercise behavior of young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes,and to provide reference for further interventions.Methods The semi-structured interview method was used to conduct one-to-one in-depth interviews with 17 young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes.The Colaizzi analysis method was used to analyze the descriptive data.Results Factors promoting exercise behavior change of patients included cognitive enhancement of exercise,diabetes knowledge and exercise ability,willpower,family and peer support systems.Factors impeding exercise behavior change of patients included misunderstanding of exercise,poor knowledge of exercise,worrying about exercise-related complications and increased social role stress.Conclusion It is required to improve the cognitive level of middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes and provide adequate family and peer support,in order to improve their exercise behavior.
