摘　　要：目的了解老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)合并2型糖尿病患者居家运动康复的现况,为制定此类患者的居家运动康复方案提供参考依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对12例老年冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者进行半结构式访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈资料进行分析。结果共提炼出4个主题,即患者居家运动康复认知不足、负性心理反应、缺乏家庭支持、缺乏专业的个体化运动指导。结论老年冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者的居家运动康复受到多重阻碍,开展现况不理想,医护人员应加强对患者的居家运动康复指导,帮助患者制定可行的个体化居家运动康复方案,提高患者居家运动康复的积极性。Objective TO explore the current situation of home-based exercise rehabilitation program for elderly patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus,and to provide the basis for the establishment of home-based exercise program.Methods A Semi-structured interviews of the phenomenological method of qualitative research were conducted with 12 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus,then Colaizzi's descriptive phenomenological method was used to refine the theme of the data.Results Four themes were extracted as described as follows:short of willingness to participate exercise training,inadequate knowledge of home-based exercise,lack of family support,deficient professional technical support.Conclusion There have been many barriers hindering the implementation of home-based exercise of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus.Health care workers should strengthen home-based guidance and to help patients make an reasonable individualized exercise plan,in order to improve the patients’enthusiasm for home-based exercise rehabilitation.
