中药包热敷脐部促进胆管结石患者术后胃肠功能恢复的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药包热敷脐部对胆管结石患者术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法选取行腹部手术治疗的胆管结石患者180例为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,各90例。对照组采用接受常规治疗和护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加中药包热敷脐部干预。评价2组患者术后腹胀、肠鸣音评分。结果观察组术后腹胀、肠鸣音评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中药包热敷脐部能有效促进肠道功能恢复,对缓解胆管结石患者术后腹胀具有积极作用。Objective To investigate the effect of umbilical hot compress therapy with Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)on recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery for bile duct stones.Methods Totally 180 patients undergoing surgery for bile duct stones were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 90 cases in each group.All patients received comprehensive treatment and routine care after surgery,and those in the observation group were given umbilical hot compress therapy with TCM.The degree of postoperative distension of the abdomen and the bowel sounds were evaluated.Results The scores for assessment of distension of the abdomen and bowel sounds were lower in the observation group than those in the control group after operation,with significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion The umbilical hot compress therapy with TCM is effective to improve the recovery of gastrointestinal function and relive the distension of the abdomen in patients after surgery for bile duct stones.
