运用改良头架预防婴幼儿神经外科手术中头面部压力性损伤的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨压力再分布的改良头架预防婴幼儿神经外科Ⅳ级手术中头面部压力性损伤发生的效果。方法选取神经外科Ⅳ级手术中需使用头架的0~3岁婴幼儿患者49例,按手术时间顺序分为对照组22例和观察组27例。对照组使用传统U型凝胶头架(宽4.50 cm,厚2.00 cm),观察组使用改良U型凝胶头架(宽6.50 cm,厚4.00 cm)。评估2种头架预防术中头面部压力性损伤的效果。结果对照组发生头面部2期压力性损伤3(13.63%)例,观察组发生头面部1期压力性损伤1(3.70%)例,改良头架预防术中头面部压力性损伤效果明显。结论压力再分布的改良头架能有效降低0~3岁婴幼儿患者神经外科Ⅳ级手术头面部压力性损伤的发生风险。Objective To investigate the effect of preventing pressure injury by modified U-shaped surgical head frame in neurosurgery for infants aged 3 years or younger.Methods Totally 49 cases were divided into control group(n=22)and observation group(n=27)according to the hospital admission date.The control group used the traditional U-Shaped Gel head frame with the width of 4.50 cm and thickness of 2.00 cm,the observation group used the modified U-Shaped Gel head frame with the width of 6.50 cm and thickness of 4.00 cm.The effect of head frame in preventing pressure injury during operation was evaluated.Results There were 3(13.63%)cases with stage 2 pressure injury in the control group,and 1(3.70%),case with stage 1 pressure injury in the observation group.Conclusion The modified U-shaped surgical head frame can effectively reduce the risk of perioperative pressure injury in infants undergoing neurosurgery.
