提高溃疡性结肠炎患者保留灌肠后药物保留时间有效率的品管圈实践

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在提高溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者保留灌肠后药物保留时间有效率中的应用效果。方法QCC实施前选择查检2019年6月16日—6月30日住院治疗的UC患者行药物保留灌肠42次。通过成立QCC小组、设计灌肠后药物保留时间监测记录表、患者对保留灌肠满意度评价表,对保留灌肠后药物保留时间无效的原因进行鱼骨图分析,制定并实施改进措施。QCC实施后选择查检2019年11月1日—11月31日住院治疗的UC患者行药物保留灌肠40次。结果实施QCC改善后,药物保留时间有效率由实施前的71.43%提高到87.50%,目标达标率为119.30%。结论QCC活动能够有效规范UC患者药物保留灌肠的管理。Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle(QCC)activities in prolonging the drug retention time in patients undergoing retention enema for ulcerative colitis.Methods Before implementation of QCC activities,42 times of retention enema for ulcerative colitis patients were reported and analyzed.A QCC group was set up to design the check-list of drug retention time and satisfaction evaluation scale.The reasons of failed drug retention were analyzed by using fishbone method,and countermeasures were carried out.Another 40 times of retention enema for ulcerative colitis patients were reported after implementation of QCC activities.Results The qualified rate of drug retention time increased from 71.43%before implementation of QCC activates to 87.50%after implementation of QCC activates,with a target achievement rate of 119.30%.Conclusion QCC is an effective tool to regulate the nursing management in retention enema for ulcerative colitis patients.
