摘　　要：《2018全球酒精与健康报告》指出全球酒精消费量呈下降趋势,但中国酒量消费仍在上升。酒精对骨代谢有重要影响,饮酒引发的骨质疏松症在全球日益得到重视。不同饮酒量以及饮酒期限都影响着骨质疏松的发生与发展。众多研究表明骨组织细胞在酒精与骨代谢之间有着密切的相互作用关系。本文从不同饮酒行为对骨骼的影响以及饮酒对骨组织细胞直接毒性作用进行综述。Global status report on alcohol and health 2018 points out that global alcohol consumption is on the decline,but China’s alcohol consumption is still on the rise.Alcohol plays important roles in bone metabolism.Different drinking amount and drinking duration all affect the occurrence and development of osteoporosis.Numerous studies have shown that bone cells participate in the effects of drinking on bone.Therefore,this paper reviews the effects of alcohol consumption on bone and the direct toxic effects of alcohol consumption on bone tissue and cells.
