摘　　要：当今是大众创业、万众创新的时代,同时也是一个法治时代。然而高职大学生作为新时代建设的重要主体,其不懂法、不守法、不护法的法律人格现状令人堪忧。因此,有必要通过完善国家创新型人才培养法律体系、建立企业依法治理机制等方式来培养大学法律人格。Today is the era of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,as well as the era of rule of law.However,as an important subject of the construction of the new era,the status quo of the legal personality of college students who do not understand,abide by and protect the law is worrying.Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate university legal personality by improving the legal system of national innovative talents training and establishing the legal governance mechanism of enterprises.
