摘　　要：社会主义事业的发展需要一代代人的努力,大学生是社会主义事业的建设者和接班人,劳动教育是培养全面发展的建设者和接班人必不可少的组成部分。当前,大学生劳动观教育存在忽视劳动观教育、劳动观教育内容陈旧、大学生劳动意识淡薄等问题。高校应该从提高对大学生劳动教育重要性的认识、营造良好的劳动教育环境、深化校地合作等方面完善大学生劳动观教育,引导大学生树立科学的马克思主义劳动观,为新时代中国特色社会主义现代化建设服务。The development of the socialist cause requires the efforts of generations.College students are the builders and successors of the socialist cause,and labor education is an indispensable part of cultivating the builders and successors of comprehensive development.At present,college students'concept of labor education has problems of neglecting the concept of labor education,obsolete content of the concept of labor education,and the weak sense of labor of college students.Colleges and universities should improve the education of college students,labor concept from the aspects of improving the understanding of the importance of college students’labor education,creating a good labor education environment,and deepening school-field cooperation,guiding college students to establish a scientific Marxist labor concept,and modernizing socialism with Chinese characteristics Construction services.
