摘　　要：足球运动是项深受人们喜爱和关注的体育项目,许多高校已经把足球运动作为体育教学的重要内容,然而其中隐藏着许多运动风险。本文通过对湖南铁路科技职业技术学院足球教学和课外足球运动损伤进行调查和分析,并提出预防足球运动损伤的建议。Football is a sport that is loved and concerned by many people.Many colleges and universities have regarded football as an important content of physical education,but there are many sports risks hidden in it.This paper investigates and analyzes the football teaching and extracurricular football sports injuries in Hunan Vocational College of Railway Technology,and puts forward suggestions to prevent football sports injuries.
