摘 要:10kV分线线损的治理往往需要大量的现场核查,浪费了大量的时间及人力物力。为提高线损治理效率、节省现场核查成本,进而快速提升线损合格率,本文提出了基于泛在感知及Python编程的线损问题区间快速定位方法,用于快速发现导致线损不合格的区段及原因,缩小现场核查范围,节省时间及人力物力,快速提升线损合格率。所述快速定位方法借助电网泛在感知设备,获取开闭站进出线电量,再通过基于Python编程的方式快速完成线损的分段计算,可实现线损异常区间定位,缩小异常区间,快速发现线损问题原因。最后,利用一体化系统中的同期线损数据进行了实验验证,结果表明所属快速定位方法能快速定位线损问题区段,甚至直接确定问题原因,缩小了现场核查区间,可节省大量核查时间及人力物力。The treatment of 10 kV distribution line loss often requires a lot of on-site verification,which wastes a lot of time and human and material resources.In order to improve the efficiency of line loss treatment,save the cost of on-site verification,and then rapidly improve the line loss qualification rate.In this paper,a fast location method of line loss problem interval based on ubiquitous perception and Python programming is proposed,which can be used to quickly find out the unqualified sections and causes of line loss,reduce the scope of on-site verification,save time and manpower and material resources,and rapidly improve the line loss eligibility rate.The fast positioning method uses the ubiquitous sensing device of the power grid to obtain the input and output line quantities of the open and close stations,and then quickly completes the sectional calculation of line losses by means of Python programming,so as to quickly discover the causes of line losses.Finally,the experimental verification is canied out by using the data of line loss in the same period of the integrated system,the results show that the fast location method can quickly locate the line loss problem section,or even directly determine the cause of the problem,and reduce the on-site verification interval,which can save a lot of time and manpower and material resources.
