摘　　要：针对传统配电网在向智能配电网过渡过程中对运行数据监测多样性、实时性和准确性的要求,以及现有配电网数据监测装置数据采集实时性差和功能单一的现状情况,本文提出了基于同步向量的配电网运行数据监测装置设计方案,具体包括基于GPS时钟同步的电流监测模块、基于同步向量的运行阻抗监测模块和谐波监测模块,可实现配电网运行过程中电流、阻抗、损耗和谐波等多种数据的实时精确监测功能。同时设计了基于同步向量的配电网运行数据监测装置,对解决配电网中远程数据传输而导致的延迟问题、谐波测量精确度不高导致的系统性能下降问题以及单相接地故障的定位速度和精准度偏低问题均具有较好的针对性效果,可为传统配电网向智能配电网过渡提供数据精确监测设备的研发设计方案。In view of the requirements of diversity,real-time and accuracy of operation data monitoring in the transition from traditional distribution network to intelligent distribution network,as well as the current situation of poor real-time data collection and single function of existing distribution network clata monitoring devices,this paper proposes a design scheme of operation data monitoring device based on synchronous vector,including current monitoring based on GPS clock synchronization Measurement module,running impedance monitoring module and harmonic monitoring module based on synchronous vector can realize the real-time and accurate monitoring function of current,impedance,loss and harmonic during the operation of distribution network.At the same time,a synchronous vector based distribution network operation data monitoring device is designed,which can solve the problem of delay caused by remote data transmission in the distribution network,system performance degradation caused by low accuracy of harmonic measurement,and the problem of low positioning speed and accuracy of singlet-phase ground fault.It can provide a better targeted effect for the transition from traditional distribution network to intelligent distribution network research and development of data precise monitoring equipment.
