冠心宁注射液联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探析冠心病心绞痛患者采取酒石酸美托洛尔片联合冠心宁注射液进行治疗的效果。方法:选取2018年12月至2019年6月皖北煤电集团总医院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者64例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组32例,对照组采用酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗,观察组采用酒石酸美托洛尔片联合冠心宁注射液治疗,比较2组心功能指标、心绞痛持续时间与发作频率、药物不良反应、治疗总有效率等指标。结果:与对照组比较,观察组LVEDD、LVESD明显降低(P<0.05);观察组心绞痛持续时间、心绞痛发作频率等明显少于对照组(P<0.05);相对于对照组来说,观察组药物治疗期间不良反应概率较低(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组药物治疗的总有效率明显较高(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病心绞痛患者采取冠心宁注射液联合酒石酸美托洛尔片进行治疗能够获得疗效好、安全性高等优势,有着极大的推广价值。Objective:To explore the effects of taking metoprolol tartrate tablets and Guanxinning Injectionin patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:A total of 64 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to Wanbei Coal and Electricity Group General Hospital from December 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol tartrate tablets and the observation group was treated with metoprolol tartrate tablets combined with Guanxinning Injection.The indexes of cardiac function,duration and frequency of angina pectoris,adverse drug reactions,and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the 2 groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the LVEDD and LVESD of the observation group were significantly reduced(P<0.05);the duration of angina pectoris and the frequency of angina attacks in the observation group were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the adverse reactions of the observation group during treatment was lower(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the total effective rate of drug treatment in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris treating with Guanxinning Injection combined with metoprolol tartrate tablets can obtain the advantages of good efficacy and high safety,and have great promotion value.
