便通胶囊防治胸腔镜术后便秘的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的:比较便通胶囊与麻仁润肠丸治疗胸腔镜术后便秘的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2018年3月至2019年3月深圳市人民医院胸外科收治的行胸腔镜下手术治疗的患者192例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组96例。对照组口服麻仁润肠丸,观察组口服便通胶囊。比较2组临床指标及免疫功能水平变化情况。结果:观察组术后72 h便秘发生率及胸腔压力水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者的整体胸腔压力恢复状态优于对照组;但在引流管平均带管时间、住院时间与首次排便时间均值,观察组显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。免疫功能水平变化情况、术后并发症和2组不良反应情况观察组均优于对照组,各项组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:便通胶囊对胸腔镜术后便秘有显著治疗作用,疗效优于麻仁润肠丸,能够缩短术后患者住院时间,加快患者术后恢复,且对免疫功能有一定调节作用,临床不良反应少,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of Biantong Capsules and Maren Runchang Pills in the treatment of constipation after thoracoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 192 patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery admitted in Thoracic Surgery,ShenZhen People′s Hospital and Clinical Medical College of Jinan University from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number method,with 96 cases in each group.The control group was given oral Maren Runchang Capsules,and the observation group was orally administered with Tongbian Capsules.The changes of clinical indicators and immune function levels between the 2 groups were compared.Results:The incidence of constipation and the level of chest pressure in the observation group at 72 h after the operation were significantly differentfrom those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall chest pressure recovery status of the observation group was better than that of the control group;but the average value of time,hospital stay and first defecation time were significantly shorter in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Changes in immune function levels,postoperative complications and adverse reactions in the 2 groups were better than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Biantong Capsules has significant therapeutic effects on constipation after thoracoscopic surgery.The curative effects are better than that of Maren Runchang Pills.It can shorten the hospitalization time of postoperative patients,accelerate the recovery of patients,and regulate the immune function,with less clinical adverse reactions and high security.And it is worthy of clinical application.
