摘　　要：缓慢性心律失常是一种发病机制尚未完全明确的临床常见心血管疾病。梁君昭教授对于缓慢性心律失常的病因病机及病理特征有深刻认识,治疗该病有其独特的诊治思路和临床经验。梁师认为心肾脾三阳俱虚为该病的发病之根本,痰瘀交织、浊毒互结为致病之标;该病发作期病机多以邪实为主,缓解期多以本虚标实为主;本虚标实,脏虚络滞损伤留伏心经络脉为主要发病特点。通过多年实践探索、科研探究及组方探析创制扶正助脉方,以脏络同治、祛瘀化浊、扶正通络为治疗法则,在临床治疗上获得了满意的疗效,现总结经验以供交流学习。Bradyarrhythmia is a common clinical cardiovascular disease whose pathogenesis is not fully defined.Professor LIANG Junzhao has a deep understanding of the etiology,pathogenesis and pathological features of brad arrhythmia.He has unique diagnosis and treatment ideas and clinical experience in treating this disease.LIANG Shi believes that the heart,the kidney and the spleen are the root of the disease,and phlegm-static blood interleaving and intermin-turbidity and toxin were the disease marker;the pathogenesis of the disease is mainly pathogenic excess,and the remission period is mostly root causes deficiency and manifestation excess.Zang deficiency and collateral stagnation lurk in heart channel and collateral are the main features of pathogenesis.Through years of practice exploration,scientific research and exploration,and prescription analysis,Fuzheng Zhumai Formula is formulated,with the treatment of Zang and collateral with same method,dispelling stasis and resolving turbidity,strengthening vital qi and dredging collateral as the treatment rule.It has achieved satisfactory results in clinical treatment,and now we summarizes experience for communication.
