摘  要:热障涂层作为一种耐高温、耐腐蚀的热防护陶瓷材料,被广泛应用于航空发动机的高温部件,改善了发动机的耐高温性能且延长了其服役寿命.在高温服役环境中,由于界面氧化导致的TGO生长是诱发涂层剥落失效的主要原因.剥落失效是制约热障涂层在高性能航空发动机上安全应用的重要瓶颈,因此准确预测高温下热障涂层TGO的生长规律及微观形貌的演变规律对理解热障涂层界面氧化剥落失效至关重要.基于此,该文开展了不同制备工艺热障涂层材料的高温氧化实验,来分析TGO的生长规律以及微观形貌演变规律.实验结果表明:NiCrAlYSi黏结层氧化速率最快,抗氧化性能最差,TGO的生长不规则,氧化后期容易剥落.NiCrAl合金样品在高温下的氧化速率较慢,TGO的生长缓慢,抗氧化性能较好.Pt扩散黏结层的氧化速率介于两者之间,TGO的生长速率缓慢.在分析合金材料氧化的过程中,发现样品表面的粗糙度对TGO的生长有较大的影响,表面粗糙度越小TGO的生长速率越快,与基底的结合性越好.As a high temperature resistant and corrosion resistant thermal protective ceramic material,thermal barrier coating is widely used in high temperature parts of aeroengines,improving the high temperature performance of the engine and prolonging its service life.In high temperature service environments,TGO growth due to interfacial oxidation is the main cause of coating peeling failure.Exfoliation failure is an important bottleneck restricting the thermal application of thermal barrier coating on high performance aero-engines.Therefore,it is very important to accurately predict the evolution of TGO growth in TBCs.Based on this,in order to analyze the growth law and the evolution of micro-morphology of TGO,the oxidation experiments of thermal barrier coating materials with different preparation processes were carried out.The experimental results show that NiCrAlYSi coating has the fastest oxidation rate and the worst oxidation resistance.TGO grows irregularly and is easily peeled off in the late stage of oxidation.The NiCrAl alloy sample has a slower oxidation rate at high temperature,the growth of TGO is slow and the oxidation resistance is better.The oxidation rate of the Pt diffusion bonding coating is between the two materials,and the growth rate of TGO is slow.In the process of analyzing the oxidation of alloy materials,it is found that the roughness of the surface of the sample has a great influence on the growth of TGO.The smaller the surface roughness,the faster the growth rate of TGO and the better the bond with the substrate.
