摘　　要：随着互联网经济和平台经济迅速发展,新就业形态层出不穷,灵活就业进一步成为地方高校创意专业学生的重要就业形式。以艺术类高校就业质量报告为对象,分析地方高校灵活就业的现状与问题,发现学生灵活就业率相对较高、灵活就业的形式较为多元、灵活就业的自主性较强、学生对灵活就业的满意度较高,但尚存在社会保障体系不够健全、高校就业观念陈旧、就业服务保障不力、学生能力素养有待提升等问题,建议更新高校就业创业观念、细化灵活就业调查分析工作、加强灵活就业服务工作力度。With the rapid development of the internet economy and platform economy,new forms of employment emerge one after another,and flexible employment has further become an important form of employment for students of creative major in local colleges and universities.Taking the employment quality report of art colleges and universities as the object,analyzing the current situation and problems of flexible employment in local colleges and universities,it is found that the flexible employment rate of students is relatively high,the forms of flexible employment are more diverse,the autonomy of flexible employment is strong,and the students are satisfied with flexible employment.However,there are still problems such as insufficient social security system,outdated employment concepts in colleges and universities,inadequate employment service guarantees,and students’ability to improve.It is recommended to update employment and entrepreneurship concepts of colleges and universities,refine flexible employment survey and analysis work,and strengthen flexible employment services work intensity.
