摘　　要：现代哲学和科学技术发展带来医学模式的转型,医学概念变革引发人们对医疗服务伦理抉择的思考。医务社会工作者作为医疗服务团队中的重要角色对患者诊治选择及效果的影响不可忽视。因此,重新审视由来已久的伦理等级次序具有必要性。梳理了医学模式转变的思想渊源,反思现有伦理原则次序筛查在医疗场域的适用性。运用新医学模式中生命健康框架,提出最高原则生命健康的三维测量原则或再序伦理原则次序以适应医务社会工作服务的伦理实践需要。随着“生物—心理—社会”医学模式的演进,医疗场域中的服务伦理抉择应革新社会工作领域现有的伦理原则筛查办法,寻求医学伦理与医务社会工作伦理的耦合点。The development of modern philosophy and science and technology has brought about the transformation of medical model,and the reform of medical concept has triggered people’s thinking on the ethical choices of medical service.As the important role in the medical service team,medical social workers have an important influence on the diagnosis and treatment of patients.Therefore,it is necessary to re-examine the long-standing ethical hierarchy.This study combed the ideological origins of medical model transformation,and reflected on the applicability of existing ethical principle order screening in the medical field.Using the life and health framework of new medical model,the three-dimensional measurement principles of the highest principles of life and health or the order of reordering ethics principles were proposedto meet the ethical practice needs of medical social work services.With the evolution of the“bio-psycho-social”medical model,the service ethical choicein the medical field should innovate the existing screening methods of ethical principles in the social work field,and seek the coupling point between medical ethics and medical social work ethics.
