摘　　要：从社区营造的概念出发,讨论了社区营造与医院社会工作的关系,并以上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院儿科病区为例,展示了在医院中开展社区营造的主体与目标、主要步骤和内容。为即将初步开展社会工作的医疗机构提供借鉴的经验。Based on the concept of community building,this paper discusses the relationship between community construction and hospital social work.Taking the pediatric ward of Xinhua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine as an example,it shows the main body,goal,step and content of community building in the hospital,to provide lessons for the medical institutions that will begin their initial social work.
