摘　　要：目的 调查辖区ICU医护人员新型冠状病毒肺炎防控知识掌握情况,为后期有针对性的培训提供依据.方法 设计新型冠状病毒肺炎防控知识测试问卷,包括获取知识渠道、目前自我预防措施、防控相关知识三部分.采用便利抽样法对辖区ICU医护人员进行线上问卷星调查并分析结果.结果 辖区563名ICU医务人员参与测评,回收有效问卷559份;测评最低35分,最高100分,平均69.1分,80分以上160人,仅占28.6%;测试正确率<50%的防控相关知识为:病毒病原学特点、重症治疗、解除隔离和出院标准、聚集性疫情判断、尸体处理要求.结论 新型冠状病毒肺炎暴发流行中,作为防控主力军之一的ICU医护人员对相关防控知识掌握不理想.根据疫情特点,可尝试收集、分析、筛选、凝练跟ICU疫情防控密切相关的培训内容,创新培训方式方法等,以切实提高关键人员的疫情防控能力.Objective To investigate the knowledge of prevention and control of new coronavirus pneumonia infection among ICU medical staff in a region,so as to provide a basis for later targeted training.Methods A new coronavirus pneumonia knowledge test questionnaire was designed,including three parts:knowledge acquisition channels,current self-prevention measures and knowledge related to prevention and control.The convenience sampling method was used to conduct an online questionnaire survey on ICU medical staff in this region and analyzed the results.Results 559 valid questionnaires were collected from 563 medical staff in ICU.The lowest score was 35,and the highest was 100,with an average of 69.1,and more than 80 scores were 160,accounting for 28.6%.The prevention and control related knowledge with a test accuracy of less than 50%was as follows:characteristics of viral etiology,severe treatment,criteria for de isolation and discharge,judgment of aggregated epidemic situation,and requirements for corpse disposal.Conclusion During the outbreak of new coronavirus pneumonia,ICU medical staff,as one of the main forces of prevention and control,donrt have an ideal level of relevant knowledge of prevention and control.According to the characteristics of the epidemic,training contents closely related to the prevention and control of the epidemic in the ICU can be collected,analyzed,screened and condensed,and training methods and methods can be innovated to effectively improve the ability of key personnel to prevent and control the epidemic.
