广西区域立体化医学救援体系建设初步探讨

摘　　要：目的随着近年来自然灾害事件频发,同时适应社会经济快速发展需要,建立区域立体化医学救援体系势在必行,为此本文对广西壮族自治区域立体化医学救援体系建设进行分析与探讨.方法本文从广西陆地医学救援、航空医学救援和海(水)上医学救援等各自建设及整合发展历程,探讨广西区域立体化医学救援体系构建及实践经验.结果广西壮族自治区已建立区域陆、海、空立体化医学救援队伍,已初步建成区域立体化医学救援体系,但区域立体化医学救援队伍能力与水平尚达不到国家级标准.结论广西壮族自治区目前已初步建立区域立体化医学救援体系,但仍需不断强化以期找到优化医学救援资源、提升医学救援能力、提高救治成功率的有效途径,满足人民对健康保障日益增长的需求.Objectives It is imperative to found a regional and stereocsopic medical rescue system as the the frequent occurrence of disasters with the rapid development of the social economy.This paper explored the foundation of regional and stereocsopic medical rescue in guangxi.Methods This paper explored the foundation of regional and stereoc-sopic medical rescue in guangxi from the land,air and aritime medical rescue.Results It has been established the teams and system of regional and stereocsopic medical rescue about land,air and aritime in Guangxi,but it has not yet reached national standards.Conclusion It has preliminarily founded a regional and stereocsopic medical rescue system in Guangxi.But we still need to find the effective ways of optimizing the resources of medical rescue,improving the ability of medical rescue and improving the success rate of medical rescue.
