摘  要:针对快速生成复杂矿体的高精度投影轮廓线的实际需求问题,该文提出一种基于多级网格的矿体投影轮廓线生成算法。将构成矿体的三角网格模型投影至指定平面,生成二维数据集合;使用基于四叉树的多级网格划分集合,将三角面片存储至对应的网格单元中,建立三角面片与网格的索引关系;在每个叶子结点对应的网格单元中,生成均匀点列来判断单元是否被三角面片填满,对被填满的网格单元,使用大小与位置均等同于该单元的矩形面片来代替单元中的三角面片;最后对剩余的三角面片和矩形面片进行布尔运算求并,得到投影轮廓线。实验结果表明,该算法速度较快,生成的投影轮廓线精度高,可满足实际工程应用。Aiming at the practical requirement of rapid generation of high quality complex ore body projection contours,an generation method of ore body projection contour based on Multi-level grid was proposed:The triangle mesh that constituted the ore body model was projected to the designated plane to generate two-dimensional triangular patch set;Using quadtree-based multilevel meshing set to divide the grid into projection region,the triangular patches were stored in the corresponding grid cells,establishing the index relationship between triangular patches and the grid;using uniform dot column in the leaf node cell to determine if the cell was filled with triangular faces.For each filled cell,the boundary rectangle of the grid cell was used instead of the triangular surface of the internal element;Finally,the projection contour was obtained by Boolean operation to summing the remaining triangles and rectangles.The experimental results showed that the data measured by this method were fast,had high accuracy of the projection contour,which could meet the actual engineering applications.
