摘 要:针对大型装备制造业测量空间范围大、精度要求高、精度较难控制等问题,该文对点位误差分布规律的仿真分析方法进行了研究。以徕卡TM30全站仪测量系统为例,基于误差传播定律,针对数学解析法、数理统计法和误差椭球法,推导得到全站仪测量误差分布模型,编程实现了全局测量空间中点位误差的仿真分析。根据点位误差分布规律和影响程度的差异,基于观测要素和坐标值讨论分析了3种方法在实际工程应用中各自的优势和局限性。通过对精度的控制,可方便控制点的选取,以最大限度地提升整体测量精度,优化测量方案。Aiming at the problems of large measurement space,high require for the accuracy and difficult control of large-scale equipment manufacturing industry,this paper studied the simulation analysis method of point error distribution rule.Taking the Leica TM30 total station measurement system as an example,based on the law of propagation of error,the mathematical analytical method,mathematical statistics method and error ellipsoid method were used to derive the total station measurement error distribution model and realized the simulation analysis of the point error in the global measurement space by programming.Finally,according to the difference between the point error distribution law and the degree of influence,the advantages and limitations of the three methods in practical engineering applications are discussed based on the observation factors and coordinate values.Consequently,by controlling the precision,it can facilitate the selection of control to maximize the overall measurement accuracy and optimize the measurement scheme.
