摘 要:传统的马铃薯生产会施用大量的化肥进而影响马铃薯的生长发育和品质,获得一种马铃薯的有机肥施肥模式对促进马铃薯生长和提高品质具有重要的意义。以马铃薯脱毒苗生产原原种为研究对象,探讨不同EM有机肥的施肥模式对马铃薯生长及品质的影响。结果表明,不同的施肥模式均可提高马铃薯的农艺特性及叶绿素含量,显著提高马铃薯的原原种产量及一级大种的数量,各个处理间的胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、光合速率等随着光合有效辐射的增加而具有明显的变化。确定了基肥为300 g·m^-2EM生物有机肥1并施加75 g·m^-2化肥的施肥模式最佳。In traditional seed potato planting process,a large amount of chemical fertilizers are applied,thusthe growth and quality of potato are affected.Therefore,obtaining an organic fertilization mode is of great significance for improving the quality of seed potato.In this study,original seed potato was used as material,the effects of different EM organic fertilizer application modes on the quality of original seed potato were investigated.The results showed that the agronomic characteristics and chlorophyll contents of potato were increased under all of the fertilizer application modes,and the yields of potato and the quantity of first-class seed potato were significantly increased after the treatments of EM organic fertilizer.The intercellular CO2 concentration,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and photosynthetic rate among the treatments changed significantly with the increasing of the available photosynthetic radiation.It was recommended that the base fertilizer was 300 g·m^-2 EM bio-organic fertilizer I and 75 g·m^-2 chemical fertilizer was the best fertilization mode.
