摘  要:庆阳香瓜是甘肃省庆阳市川区精准扶贫产业,也是国家农产品地理标志登记保护产品,根结线虫病的严重发生已成为庆阳香瓜设施生产的主要障碍。2017—2019年,选择根结线虫发生严重的日光温室进行了6种非药剂覆盖闷棚方式和12种药剂配伍方式针对庆阳香瓜根结线虫病开展的防效试验。结果表明,最热月(伏季)棚室深翻灌水并覆棚膜扣棚15 d,对0~15 cm深的土壤根结线虫的闷杀效果达81.5%;穴施0.5%阿维菌素GR 5000 g·667 m^-2+5%阿维菌素EC 3000倍液、5%甲维盐WG 1500倍液500 mL每株灌根2次对庆阳香瓜根结线虫病的防治效果分别为66.1%、76.8%。经多点示范,在伏季棚膜覆盖闷棚的基础上,以上2个处理对庆阳香瓜根结线虫病的平均防效为71.2%,生产中考虑抗药性因素,5%阿维菌素EC和5%甲维盐WG可交替使用。Cantaloupe is an important crop in Qingyang of Gansu province,it is also national agricultural product protected by the registration of geographical indications.The serious occurrence of root-knot nematode disease has become a major obstacle to the production of cantaloupe in Qingyang.From 2017 to 2019,6 kinds of covering and 12 kinds of pesticide were used to control the root-knot nematode disease in Qingyang cantaloupe in severe solar greenhouse.The results showed that in the hottest months(summer),the control effect on root knot nematodes in 0-15 cm deep soil which covered with plastic film for 15 days was 81.5%.The control effects of 0.5%abamectin GR 5000 g per 667 m^2 combined with 5%abamectin EC3000 times dilution or 5%abamectin-aminomethyl WG1500 times dilution 500 mL were 66.1%and 76.8%respectively.After multi-point demonstration,the average control effect of the above two treatments on the root knot nematode of Qingyang cantaloupe was 71.2%on the basis of covering the closed shed with plastic film in the summer.5%abamectin EC and 5%abamectin-aminomethyl WG can be used alternately.
