八瓣糙果茶育苗技术初探

摘　　要：通过八瓣糙果茶实生苗、扦插、芽苗砧嫁接、轻基质营养袋的育苗试验研究表明:la生实生苗苗高22.4cm,地径0.42cm,高径比53;2a生苗高29.1cm,地径0.52em,高径比56;la生苗木没有二级侧根,-级侧根细弱,不宜上山造林;粗沙苗床扦插的成活率达到83.1%以上,其次为红心土成活率65.8%,扦插且具有木质部、愈伤组织、韧皮部等不同生根方式;芽苗砧嫁接的成活率仅为36.1%,嫁接口难以形成愈伤组织,接穗嫁接6个月才能萌发;轻基质营养袋苗成苗率62.0%,单位面积出苗量仅为165株/m^2,不适宜高密度育苗,la生苗木的平均苗高19.2cm,平均地径0.41cm,轻基质营养袋苗木上山造林表现出严重的蹲苗现象。The experiment results of seedling,rutting,grafting,and light substrate seedling showed that the height of one-year-old seedlings was 22.4rm,the ground diameter was 0.42cm,and the high to diameter ratio was 53.The seedling height of two-year-old was 29.1rm,the grounrl diameter was 0.52cm,and the height to diameter ratio was 56.There was no secondary lateral root of the one-year-old seedling,and the primary lateral root was weak and not suitable for afforestation.The survival rate of cuttings from coarse sand seedbed was over 83.1%,followed by that from red core soil 65.8%,which had different rooting methods,such as xylem,callus and phloem.The survival rate of grafting with buds was only 36.1%,it was difficult to form callus in grafting section,and it took 6 months for scion grafting to germinate.The seedling rate of light substrate container was 62.0%,and the seedling output per unit area was only 165 plants/m2,which was not suitable for high-density seedling cultivation.The average seedling height and ground diameter of one-year-old seedlings were 19.2cm and 0.41cm,respectively.The growth of seedlings was restrained while using the light substrate container seedlings for afforestation.
