摘　　要：根据某单位的业务管理需求,设计并实现了一套基于Android手机的移动OA系统。该系统采用MVC模型架构,客户端与Web相结合的混合架构模式(C/S和B/S),实现了数据的采集、分析、存储和审批过程的数字化管理。系统功能主要包括移动门户、待办事务、待阅事务、公文管理、电子公告、电子邮件、个人收藏、全文检索等8个核心服务功能。运行结果表明,该系统能满足日常的办公需求,友好地实现了文件流程审批流转的数字化,达到了移动办公的目的,提高了办公效率。By analyzing the specific management needs of one enterprise,this paper designs a mobile OA system for Android mobile phones.The software system adopts the MVC model framework and the mixed framework mode(C/S and B/S),combining the client with the Web to realize the information management of data collection,analysis,storage and approval process.The system includes 8 core service functions:mobile portal,to-do business,to be reading business,official document management,electronic announcement-mail,personal collection,full-text retrieval.The operation results show that the system can meet the needs of daily office,friendly realize the flow of each process,so as to achieve the purpose of mobile office and improve the office efficiency.
