摘　　要：目的探究晚期妊娠孕妇骨盆带疼痛特点及对日常生活的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月海安市人民医院诊治的110例晚期妊娠孕妇作为研究对象。分析其骨盆带疼痛特点、骨盆带疼痛对日常生活与负性情绪的影响。结果晚期妊娠孕妇中常见骨盆带疼痛部位为骨盆后方,占73.96%;最强疼痛、平均疼痛评分均属于中度疼痛;骨盆带疼痛对日常生活的影响总分(3.98±2.10)分,其中受骨盆带疼痛影响最大的是睡眠方面,评分(5.67±3.21)分;晚期妊娠孕妇骨盆带疼痛的SAS评分(52.43±5.46)分,SDS评分(54.35±4.38)分。结论晚期妊娠孕妇骨盆带疼痛发生率较高,其疼痛强度属于中等程度,骨盆带疼痛会对患者的日常生活造成极大的不利影响,同时会使晚期妊娠孕妇产生负性情绪。Objective To explore the characteristics of pelvic pain in late pregnant women and its influence on daily life.Methods 110 women in late pregnancy admitted into Hai'an People's Hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the study subjects.The characteristics of pelvic pain and the effects of pelvic pain on daily life and negative emotions were analyzed.Results The most common pelvic pain in late pregnant women was the posterior part of pelvis,accounting for 73.96%.The strongest pain and average pain score were moderate pain.The total impact score of pelvic pain on daily life was(3.98±2.10)points,where sleep was most affected by pelvic pain,and the score was(5.67±3.21)points.The SAS score of pelvic pain in late pregnant women was(5.67±3.21)points and the SDS score was(54.35±4.38)points.Conclusions The incidence of pelvic pain among women in late pregnancy is high,and the intensity of pelvic pain is moderate.Pelvic pain has a great adverse impact on the daily life of patients,which will cause negative emotions.
