摘  要:针对机械式钻孔应力计无法实时监测上传钻孔应力数值,采用电阻应变式检测原理的应力传感器因自身结构设计及安装工艺的限制,安装后几十天不能真实反映围岩应力的变化情况的问题,设计了一种采用主动承压式结构和压电电阻检测原理的钻孔应力传感器。详细介绍了降压转换电路、遥控接收电路、油囊组件及元件信号处理电路、数码管显示电路、报警电路、RS485通讯接口电路六部分硬件电路方案,各部分电路关键元器件选型,以及传感器的软件流程。实验室测试结果表明,传感器具有功耗低、检测精度高的特点。Aiming at the problem that mechanical borehole stress meter can't record the stress value of surrounding rock in real time,and due to the limitation of its own structure design and installation technology,the stress sensor based on the resistance strain detection principle can't truly reflect the change of the surrounding rock stress within several decades after installation,a drilling stress sensor based on the active pressure bearing structure and piezoelectric resistance detection principle is designed.This paper introduces in detail six parts of hardware circuit scheme,including step-down conversion circuit,remote control receiving circuit,oil bag component and component signal processing circuit,nixie tube display circuit,alarm circuit,RS485 communication interface circuit,the selection of key components of each part of the circuit,and the software flow of the sensor.The experimental results show that the sensor has the characteristics of low power consumption and high detection accuracy.
