摘　　要：细胞培养室是工程实验室的一个重要组成部分。如何发挥细胞培养室的功能,使其最大限度服务于工程实验室,使各项科研课题有充分的研究发展空间,是值得思考的。在日常管理中使细胞培养得到有效的提高,也一直是老师和学生共同期待的目标。艾滋病疫苗实验室的细胞培养室通过规章制度的建立,环境的保持,细胞培养注意事项,细胞库管理,技能培训考核,备品的使用等几方面,充分发挥了其功能实验室的重要作用,使各项研究生实验得以顺利进行,培养了学生独立科研能力,增强了学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,为工程实验室奠定了更加良好的科研基础。Cell culture lab is an important part in the national engineering laboratory.It’s worthy to think deeply how to play its function adequately to serve the national engineering laboratory,and how to provide sufficient development space for every scientific study.It has been our expectation for every teacher and student all the time how to improve cell culture skill.Our cell culture lab fully exerted its effects of functional laboratory,through establishment of rules and regulations,maintenance of environment,attentions of cell culture operating,administration of cell bank,training and examing of skill,and preparation of cell culture apparatus,which made the students’experiment go well,cultivated the students'practical ability and problem analyzing and solving ability,so that laid the foundation for better scientific research platform for engineering laboratory.
