摘  要:运用有线或无线网络系统、自动气象观测并适时传输和分析数据已成为当前气象灾害监测预警的主要手段。利用卧龙自然保护区生态监测自动气象测点记录资料对卧龙"8.20"特大泥石流灾害进行分析,结果表明,卧龙高山与沟谷的日降雨量与年降雨量分布极不均衡,年降雨天数也有较大差异。在汶川地震区域特殊的地质地貌前提下,泥石流暴发与一定量的短时降雨量密切相关。因此,建立专业的泥石流气象监测预报预警系统、加强暴雨泥石流灾害的防灾宣传、提高群防群治能力可以有效减少泥石流灾害造成的损失。Using wired or wireless network system,automatically meteorological observation and timely transmission and analysis of data has become the main means of meteorological disaster monitoring and early warning.Based on the data recorded by the ecological monitoring automatic meteorological station of Wolong Nature Reserve,the"8.20"debris flow disaster was analyzed in this paper.The results showed that the distribution of daily rainfall and annual rainfall in the mountains and valleys of Wolong was very uneven,and the annual rainfall days were also quite different.On the premise of the special geology and landform in Wenchuan earthquake area,the outbreak of debris flow was closely related to a certain amount of short-term rainfall.Therefore,the loss caused by debris flow disaster could be effectively reduced by establishing professional meteorological monitoring,forecasting and early warning system of debris flow,strengthening disaster prevention publicity of debris flow disaster and improving the ability of mass prevention and control.
