我国图书馆应急服务在新冠肺炎疫情下的调查与分析

摘　　要：面对突如其来的新冠疫情,作为公共文化机构之一的图书馆该如何有效的应对疫情带来的应急挑战,已经成为当前图书馆学界和业界值得深思的问题。因此,本文就以32所公共图书馆和31所高校图书馆为例,通过微信公众平台、微博和官方网站对我国图书馆针对新冠肺炎的应急服务进行调查,探究我国图书馆在应对新冠肺炎期间开展的服务与活动及其存在的问题,以期为我国更多的图书馆和国外图书馆在遇到突发性事件时提供借鉴和启示。In the face of sudden outbreak of COVID-19,how the library,as one of public cultural institutions,to effectively deal with the emergency challenges brought by the epidemic has become a problem worthy of consideration for the current library industry.Taking 32 public libraries and 31 university libraries as example,this paper investigates emergency services in China libraries and the problems through Wechat,micro-blog and official websiees,in order to provide references and enlightment.
